Warranties

The warranties on our products can vary depending on their manufacturer. Most suppliers warranty covers up to two years, to check the warranty on your sunglasses or glasses please refer to the information provided in the official supplier booklet (supplied with your product).  


Warranties cover manufacturing defects only. If you feel there is a manufacturing fault with your product, please contact us via email - customerservice@redhotsunglasses.co.uk or call +44 191 466 1118. to arrange its return. Following this, we will contact the relevant supplier of the item who will then proceed to assess the product. 


WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:

o Normal wear and tear (scratches or pit marks on lenses)

o Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of product

o Damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc…)

o Unauthorized modifications or repairs

o Loss of eyewear

o Prescription (Rx) lenses
