Due to the nature of prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses treatments please allow between 5 and 10 working days for your order to arrive. All prescription glasses and sunglasses orders are exempt from DPD Next Working Day delivery, Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48, DPD Saturday, Royal Mail Tracked Saturday and our International Express delivery services.
The preferred delivery option you are required to select at checkout stage to complete your order will be used when your prescription sunglasses or glasses are ready to be dispatched. The chosen delivery service will count from the day your prescription order is ready not the day your order was placed. The estimated delivery date given will reflect this.
We offer Free UK Next Working Day Delivery on all orders £50 & over. For any orders under £50 we offer a DPD Next Working Day Service for £5.95, a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Next Day Service for £3.95 and a Royal Mail Tracked 48 Two Day Service for £2.95. The cut off point for all Next Working Day Deliveries is 16.00 GMT Monday to Thursday.
Need it for the weekend? We offer a DPD Saturday Delivery Service for £8.95 and a Royal Mail Tracked Saturday Service for £4.95. The cut off point for all Saturday Deliveries is 16.00 GMT Friday.
For all Non-UK Mainland orders under £50 we offer a Two Day Tracked Service with DPD for £9.99 or a Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service for £3.95. The above services are available for FREE on all orders over £50.
Worldwide delivery is available on all our orders via our International Couriers FedEx and DPD.
We offer FREE Worldwide Delivery on all orders £75 and over. For orders that don’t meet this criteria our international shipping rates will be clearly displayed at the checkout, together with your estimated delivery lead time (this will vary depending on which courier you select).
Please note in the extremely rare case that a parcel is lost, we're unable to cancel or replace the goods until our couriers DPD, Fedex or Royal Mail have completed their investigation (usually within 48 hours).
