What is your exchange/refund policy?

We are happy to accept returns should the sunglasses not suit, fit or are damaged in anyway. Please e-mail us at email@example.com within 2 days of receipt of goods to inform us of your return also stating whether an exchange or refund is required.
The unworn sunglasses must then be returned to us at the below address within 7 days of receipt. The sunglasses should be returned complete with all of the original packaging, red security tag and delivery invoice.
When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. This means you are also responsible for the postage for the returned parcel.
If, however, you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by Red Hot Sunglasses, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.
We aim to provide an exchange within 3 days of receipt of the returned sunglasses and a refund will be issued on the day of receipt.

How do I know if the goods I order are in stock?
Almost all sunglasses shown on our website are currently in stock. On the rare occasion the goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you to inform you of when they will be available.
Where is my order?
All full price UK orders are sent via Interlink Express next day delivery service . The majority of orders are processed and delivered next day. Should you not receive your sunglasses within 3 working days of placing your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track your parcel.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all online payments are taken through Skrill - Moneybookers or Paypal payment service, both of which are widely used and offer buyer protection on all transactions.
Do I have to pay for my order online?
All orders must be paid for online via Skrill -Moneybookers ePDQ or PayPal payment.
