Are your products genuine?
We are a legitimate authorised retailer of designer goods and we source directly from the UK eye-wear suppliers including Luxottica, Cazal, Safilo, Atlantic Optical, Marchon, Polaroid, Spectacle Trader, Randoph and Marcolin to name a few. All the products we order are 100% genuine and are sold at a competitive price. Basically, you are getting a great designer product for an even greater price!
You can identify the products’ authenticity by the packaging, accessories, the care leaflets included and the logos which usually appear on the temples or lenses depending on the model. We guarantee that we will never sell fake good or cheap imitations.

How can I find out more about your products?
At Red Hot Sunglasses we like to give our customers as much information as possible so they can make an informed decision before they purchase with us. Our brand pages include plenty of information about the brand such as history, style, collections and the latest news.
The product pages themselves include a drop-down summary which details the lens colour, size, frame colour, lens UV filter category and any additional info. Our product descriptions are also as detailed as possible to tell our customers much more about the product they wish to purchase. You can also check the relevant brand website for verification.
How do I know if the goods I wish to order are in stock?
Almost all sunglasses available on our website are currently in stock and we aim to provide the latest styles and most popular trends first. On the rare occasion that sunglasses are temporarily out of stock, you will receive a notification that we are awaiting stock and we will contact you further to inform you when they will be available.
If you would like to order a pair of sunglasses which are currently listed as ‘Out of Stock’ you can click the ‘Email Me When Back in Stock’ option and you will receive an automatic email when they arrive from our supplier.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all Red Hot Sunglasses’ online payments are taken through Skrill – Moneybookers, Amazon Checkout or Paypal payment service; all of which are widely used and offer buyer protection on all transactions.
Do I have to pay for my order online or can I do this via phone or email?
We do not take payments via phone or email. All orders must be paid for online via Skrill – Moneybookers or PayPal payment. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries about your payment method.
Do you offer discounts?
Red Hot Sunglasses are happy to give discounts to our customers*. Those who sign up to the mailing list can receive a 10% discount whilst loyal customers who recommend a friend can also receive 10% off once their friend makes a purchase with us. We also have special offers and discount days for our mailing list customers available throughout the year. Additionally we offer 10% student discount upon request (should the customer contact us beforehand). Why can’t I place an order online?
This may be a technical error or a problem with the way you are attempting to pay for your order. Please take care to double check all your details including the payment method and currency (if paying from overseas). We also advise clearing your cache, refreshing your browser and attempting to place the order again from the start.

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a no-reply notification email confirming your order containing a WEB reference number. This is for your own records.
Our payments are then processed, checked by our Fraud System and the order is passed to the Red Hot Warehouse Team who will take care to pack your order including an invoice and returns slip. These will then be dispatched to our couriers DPD (UK) and FedEx or Royal Mail (International)
You should receive a notification email within 24 hours notifying you that your product has been dispatched. Then it is just a case of waiting for your parcel to arrive!
Please be aware that all stock is subject to availability. We will send you a notification informing you if we do not have the available stock. We will also contact you if there are any other problems with your order.
If you do not receive your order within the allocated time period, do not hesitate to contact our team for more information.
When will I receive my order?

Red Hot Sunglasses aim to deliver the very next working day* for orders placed before 3pm (GMT) with the exception of Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Friday deliveries placed before 3pm will arrive on the following Monday unless the customer should request a Saturday delivery for a fee of £10.00. Orders placed after 3pm Friday or over the weekend should arrive on the following Tuesday.
All parcels are delivered between 9am and 5pm. All our standard deliveries to the UK are free and are carried out by DPD.

Red Hot Sunglasses now deliver internationally to the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, South America and Africa. All our international deliveries over the value of £85 (GBP) are free via FedEx and should arrive within 10 working days or sooner depending on location and selected delivery service.
Our customers also have the option to pay for Express Delivery via FedEx or Royal Mail. Our Express Delivery service ensures that your parcel should arrive within 24 hours to Europe and 2-7 days for the rest of the world depending on location.
All our products are delivered with a round black security tag located on the bridge. This tag, our returns slip and our website state that this tag must not be removed or else the item becomes non-refundable.
There are no exceptions; if this tag has been removed and your sunglasses have been sent to us for a return or exchange, your refund will not be processed and we will return the sunglasses back to you.
This is purely for security reasons as we can not accept goods which breach our returns policy
What is your returns policy?
Red Hot Sunglasses are committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service to all of our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your sunglasses for whatever reason, we operate a 7-day full money back guarantee even for unwanted goods. View more information about our returns policy.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
How do I return my sunglasses?
To return your sunglasses please fill in the returns form including the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your order number, date ordered and the price of the product as well. This can be found on your copy of the invoice or order confirmation email. Please also e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two days of receiving your products to inform us of your return and whether a refund or exchange is required.
To take advantage of our FREE* UK Returns Service simply attach the returns label included with your purchase to your parcel. Please take care to ensure that the security label - located on the bridge - is intact and that all packaging and accessories are included in re-sellable condition.
The unworn sunglasses must then be returned to us at the below address within 7 days of receipt.

When sending a return, please be aware that the parcel the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. This means that the customer is also responsible for the postage of the returned parcel. For this reason we advise that customers send their returns via recorded delivery to ensure they arrive at our warehouse safely.
A proof of postage receipt is not sufficient enough evidence should anything happen to your parcel.
If, however, you are returning an item as a result of a mistake made by Red Hot Sunglasses, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel. Please contact email@example.com if this is the case.
We aim to process all returns within THREE wirjung days of receipt taking into account the high volume of returns we receive on a daily basis. Exchanged items will be sent out on the same day of process. For refunds please be aware that it may take 3-5 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account depending on which bank you use.

Please Note: Red Hot Sunglasses is an online business only. we do not have viewing facilities at the above address. For security purposes our stock is stored elsewhere.
Where is my order?
All UK orders are sent via DPD’s next day delivery service. UK customers will be delighted to know that we have a 99% success rate using our courier service DPD. While some of our international orders are also couriered by DPD, others are shipped via Royal Mail and FedEx. The majority of UK orders are processed and delivered next day if placed before 3pm whilst international orders can take up to 5-10 working days.

Can I track my order?
You can track your order via either DPD (UK), Fed Ex or Royal Mail (International). You will be sent a tracking number automatically once your order is dispatched or you can contact us at email@example.com and we can locate your parcel for you.
What are the optional chocolate wayfarers?
The chocolate Wayfarers are an extra edible sweet treat we throw in at the customer’s request. These cost just £3 if you add them to your order today. Made from delicious milk chocolate, we do not recommend wearing these in direct sunlight or they might melt onto your face!
What is the optional maintenance kit?
The Red Hot Sunglasses Maintenance Kit is an extra which customers can add to their sunglasses order for an additional cost of £5. The maintenance kit is a small travel pack which includes a mini screwdriver with key ring, a white microfiber cleaning cloth and a spray-pump lens cleaner. All items come in a transparent plastic case (10x4cm).
